1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to USA.
  • If your location is not listed, please contact us at sales@barequimel.com to check availability.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If there are delays due to high demand or unforeseen issues, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using USPS Tracking site.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sales@barequimel.com.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
