What is your refund policy?
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase, be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used products, discounted/clearance items, digital products, and gift cards are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
